1. Legal notice
1.1. Identification details
In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following details of the owner of this website are provided:

The owner's tax and company register details will be published in this same section as soon as registration is completed. Until then, any communication may be sent to the email address given above, which is a direct, effective and permanent channel of contact.
1.2. Purpose and scope
This notice governs access to, navigation of and use of the website golkosystems.com. Merely accessing the site confers user status and implies full acceptance of these terms in the version published at the time of access. The owner may amend them at any time; periodic review is recommended.
The purpose of the site is to present the website design, development and maintenance, e-commerce and custom software services provided by the owner, and to make it easy for interested parties to get in touch.
1.3. Terms of use
The user undertakes to make diligent use of the site and of the content and services accessible through it, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order. In particular, the user undertakes to refrain from:
- Using the site for unlawful purposes, in a way that harms third-party rights, or that may damage, disable or overload the site or prevent its normal use.
- Introducing or spreading programs, viruses, macros or any other element capable of damaging the owner's or third parties' systems.
- Attempting to access restricted areas, the owner's information systems or other users' data.
- Reproducing, distributing or transforming the site's content without the owner's express written authorisation.
- Providing false, inaccurate or third-party data through the contact form.
1.4. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, icons, typefaces, design, source code, navigation structure and databases — belongs to the site owner or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.
The GolkoSystems trade mark, trade name and logo are distinctive signs of the owner. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited. Accessing the site grants the user no ownership rights over the content.
The Space Grotesk and Inter typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
1.5. Disclaimer
The owner does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability and continuity of the site, and is not liable for damage arising from interruptions, viruses, faults or system disconnections beyond its control, nor for improper use of its content by users.
The information published is informational and commercial in nature. It does not constitute professional advice or a binding contractual offer: engaging any service requires a quote accepted in writing.
1.6. Third-party links
If the site includes links to third-party pages, the owner does not control their content and accepts no liability for it. The existence of a link implies no relationship, recommendation or supervision.
1.7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship between the owner and the user is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile, unless consumer legislation determines another venue, in which case the one corresponding to the consumer shall prevail.
2. Privacy policy
This policy has been drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.
2.1. Data controller
The controller is the owner identified in section 1.1 of this document, whose contact details are those given there.
2.2. What data we process
We only process the data you provide voluntarily:
- Identification and contact data: name, company, email address and, if you provide it, telephone number.
- Project data: type of service, indicative budget and the content of the message you send us.
- Minimal technical data associated with the submission: IP address and date and time, recorded solely as a security measure against automated submissions.
We do not request or process special categories of data (health, beliefs, trade union membership, ethnic origin and the like). Please do not include them in your message.
2.3. Purpose and legal basis
- To handle your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare and send you the requested quote. Legal basis: your express consent given by ticking the form checkbox, and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- To keep a record of communications relating to that enquiry. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- To protect the form against automated submissions and abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in site security (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- To comply with applicable legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting ones if a contract is entered into. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
We do not use your data to send unsolicited commercial communications, to build profiles, or to make automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you.
2.4. Retention periods
- If the enquiry does not lead to a contractual relationship, data is kept for a maximum of twelve months from the last contact and then deleted.
- If a contract is entered into, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and, once ended, for the applicable statutory limitation periods: six years for commercial documentation and four years for tax obligations.
- Technical security records are kept for a maximum of thirty days.
2.5. Recipients and processors
We do not transfer or sell your data to third parties. Providers acting as processors are involved, under a contract signed in accordance with article 28 GDPR:
- IONOS (1&1 IONOS España, S.L.U.), as web hosting and email provider. Servers are located in the European Union.
- Where applicable, the accountancy firm responsible for bookkeeping and invoicing, solely with regard to the data needed to issue and keep invoices.
Data may also be disclosed to courts and public authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.
2.6. International transfers
No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. The site includes no third-party services that would involve such a transfer: typefaces are served from our own server and there are no analytics, advertising or embedded social media tools.
2.7. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access: to know what data of yours we process.
- Rectification: to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure: to ask us to delete data when it is no longer necessary.
- Restriction: to ask us to suspend processing in the cases provided by law.
- Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Objection: to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- To withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise them, simply write to the email address given in section 1.1, stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month at the latest. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
2.8. Complaints
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es), the competent supervisory authority. You may also contact us first, and we will try to resolve the matter.
2.9. Security measures
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted connection via a TLS certificate across the whole site, security headers restricting the execution of external content, validation of form data, rate limiting per IP address and restricted access to the mailbox where enquiries are received.
2.10. Minors
The services on this site are aimed at companies and professionals. They are not intended for children under fourteen, from whom we do not knowingly collect data.
3. Cookie policy
3.1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on a visitor's device in order to save and retrieve information about their browsing. Their use is regulated by article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.
3.2. What cookies this site uses
None. This website installs no first-party or third-party cookies, does not use browser local storage for tracking purposes, and includes no analytics, advertising, maps or embedded social media content.
That is why no consent banner is shown: there is nothing to consent to. Typefaces and all other files are served from our own domain, so your browser does not send your IP address to any third party when you visit the page.
3.3. How to manage cookies
Even though this site does not use them, you can configure or block cookies for any page from your browser settings. You will find instructions in the help pages of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or Opera, depending on which you use.
3.4. Changes to this policy
If any cookie or similar technology is added in future, this policy will be updated and prior informed consent will be requested before installing it.
